Again this comes down to how big and complex your website is, a basic website takes around 4-6 weeks from start to release.
However this is also dependent on how responsive you are, how many design iterations you’d like to go through. If you’re really nit picky we can cater to that – just expect delays. If you give us the creative freedom and trust our craft, we can usually build something for you quicker than usual.

We offer this service FREE for a month after public release of your website – any bugs and minor adjustments to your website will be of no charge during this time. However if you want to keep us on call for any maintenance work past this period we will need to charge on an as needed basis or we can come to a retainer agreement where you pay us a set fee per month and we handle all your website maintenance needs and more.

Yes, you can keep updating your website once it is built, and we would also recommend the same. If you don’t keep your website updated with fresh content, there are possibilities to lose your ranking on Google search. Before we leave the website in your hands we create tutorial videos for you to always reference to help you manage your own website independently. Again if you have anything you can’t handle – just flick us a message, we’ll be happy to help.

Our usual service area is Australia and New Zealand – however we’re a remote business and can work with any business within any country. Just keep in mind the time zone differences can cause delays in responses. We do maintain a practice of updating our clients weekly during the development phase and our communication channels are open 24/7 – with whatever app you prefer, be it Facebook, Instagram, Slack or Telegram, we’ll definitely keep you updated!

We offer payment in halves – with a 50% upfront payment and then the remaining 50% prior to public release of your website or IT work.
